Intake trouble Help Cavitation !!!
So we built our own intake modeling it as close as possible to the beauty sold by JetStream...
Specs, RXP 2004 with some upgraded impeller(not by us)
Things we checked rechecked and triple checked.
New Bellows,ring etc. Sealed every possible place it could grab air with 3M 5200 sealant
Wear ring New.
The problem is at about 34 mph 6000 rpm it overrevs due to what seems to be cavitation
Seemed like such a simple thing... Water in Water out... not so much
Super frustrated at this point and don't know what to try next !
Is it possible the impeller is too aggressive ?
